We are seeking a dynamic and driven Head Chef to lead and inspire a growing brigade. This is not a traditional restaurant role its an opportunity to craft spectacular menus, work with seasonal British produce, and deliver exceptional food in a variety of settings, from tipi weddings to luxury brand activations.

What skills and experience are we looking for in the Head Chef candidate?
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in high-end catering and preferably events (Ideally three rosette and above)
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and grow a team
Creative flair, attention to detail, and passion for presentation
Excellent organisation and time management, especially for off-site execution
Full clean driving licence (preferred), own transport - essential
